The Resale Checklist has gone ‘e’! From 24 October 2013, you can complete and
submit the checklist online via the Resale Checklist for Sellers/Buyers (e-Service). From 1 December 2013, the HDB will only
accept Resale Checklists submitted via this e-Service.
Kindly take note of the new procedure released yesterday (24 October 2013) by HDB.
